Ryan's lunch: Amy's vegetable pocket; potato smiles w/ramen noodle hair & a violet lei; ketchup for dipping; a pickle; mini banana Craisin walnut muffin; blanched spinach; mini banana cinnamon muffin.So when Ryan saw the potato smiles he asked...
Ryan: "Is there going to be ketchup?"
me: "Sure, I can put in some ketchup."
Ryan: "Great! I can make them have blood dripping down their faces!"
Ahh, the joys of 6 1/2 year old boys in public school.
In cheerier news, everything is in bloom...including a bizillion wild violets all over our yard. And I bought a flat of marigolds and planted them...they're supposed to repel mosquitos, who knew??
