On Saturday the boys
planned a lemonade stand.
Ryan drew a big poster
and named it "Munch!
Munch!" They spent an
hour on the sidewalk hawking
their food & drink with paper
towel tubes
The menu was organic
lemonade, AJ's pumpkin
muffins, and Ryan made
some fruit salad. He used
the leftover kiwi, along with
apples, bananas, blueberries
and grapes. Everything cost
a quarter.
Ryan handled the money and took people's orders.
After paying for their
supplies, Ryan and AJ
each made $4. They're
eagerly saving for the
expensive Lego Death
Star, and Ryan put all
his earnings into his
"Death Star Jar".
He's also added his
allowance almost every
week, and the money
his gotten for lost teeth.
Still, at this rate they'll have enough money, oh, long about Xmas 2012. LOL.
They want to repeat their stand next weekend, with a new menu. And AJ wants to make his own sign calling it "Yum! Yum!" We'll see if that happens...

That's so cute! Looks like they did a great job!
The Death Star Jar made me laugh, this is so cute!
Good for them! You've got cute little entrepreneurs on your hands.
As my husband said...the perfect combo of cuteness & capitalism. Oy.
Oh my gosh. Death Star Jar! That cracked me up! I can't wait until my little guy is old enough to hold a lemonade stand. It looks like fun!
