Could I get some recommendations?
My friend has recently found out that she is allergic to a lot of things. She basically will now be vegan plus she's allergic to all yeasts, sugar (honey too, as some vegans have it and some don't thought I'd mention it), and a few other things that are easy to do without.
I'm looking specifically for cheese recommendations if you have any. And also something particularly creamy to add to coffee as rice, soy, and almond milk aren't cutting it.
Thanks in advance!
Gee, I'm no help in the coffee department as I like mine black!
But as for yeast free breads, I know Whole Foods has some frozen ones. I'm not a baking expert (that was my father's department).
What types of sugar? Many sweeteners are vegan. I like maple syrup and agave nectar best. There is also brown rice syrup, sorghum syrup, molasses, and date sugar. But most of the time I just use a raw cane sugar that hasn't been processed with bone charcoal, organic and fair trade are a plus too.
Cheese, you'd have to read ingredients. Or making your own vegan cheese. The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook is a good one.
You are so creative! I especially love the last one with the broccoli "tree."
The graveyard is amazing! So creative!
Those are awesome!
